Newsletter subscribtion

If you want to subscribe to the newsletter you have to submit a valid email-address as well as your first- and last name. If you have already created a customer account you can easily subscribe to the newsletter with the help of a check box. The contact data will be stored within a recipient group. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by sending us an email in which you express your wish to unsubscribe and name the email-address that was used for the newsletter. In case you habe a customer account you can use the check box to unsubscribe from the newsletter. After that your data will be deleted from the recipient group immediately.

Rights of the user: Information, correction and deletion

As a user you will be informed about the stored data referring to your person on request and free of charge (Art. 15 DSGVO).
You have the right of correction of wrong data and of blocking or deletion of your personal data (Art. 16 u. 17 DSGVO) as long as your wish does not collide with any legal duties for the storage of data (for example data preservation).
